The Waterloo Food Issues Group (WatFIG) is a community of students, researchers, and faculty at the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University working on a variety of food and agriculture issues across disciplines. The group was founded by Steffanie Scott and Jennifer Clapp back in 2006.
Our regular meetings are primarily friendly forums to present research and exchange ideas and announcements with the aim to create opportunities for synergies and linkages between us.
